Their pre-order cake services is also great, my brother got his engagement cake and strawberry tower from here. Delicious and gorgeous decorations with fresh flowers for the cake and chocolate covered strawberry tower. The spot is on a main road, has some parking in the front and side street parking. Cute aesthetic with seating indoors and a small outdoor area.

I live in Beaumont and found this bakery on instagram about a year or two ago. Initially I was in love with the macarons, churro cheesecake, and the cookies, but now that they started making cinnamon rolls (that have gone viral btw) I cannot stop thinking about them and I want to try all of the flavors because they switch it up pretty frequently. My hubby and I walked in one weekend and ordered one of each flavor that day which was original, cookie butter, apple pie, and strawberry. They were all delicious but for us the cookie butter reigned supreme guys. And today we tried champurrado vs cookie butter and cookie butter was still the winner. The key is to get it warmed up if you are going to eat it there. Go get your roll warmed up and have yourself a good time. Otherwise take it home and pop it in the microwave like 20 secs or to your liking and enjoy. I am looking forward to trying more flavors

Eric and Kim return from Greece with the dream of opening this place about three years ago. Memo takes their dream and runs with it and this is what is it today. A very clean, modern, and inviting pastry in Redlands. Ashly and Maddy made us great coffee and pastry made earlier in the day. There is plenty of private parking outside. Plenty of seating inside and it gets crowded with locals to hubnub and hookup to the hi speed network doing school work. They offer plenty vegetarian cakes and lots of wedding cakes.

An adorable bakery to sit and chat in, grab a snack, and treat yourself. The vibe is very fun and clean, the coffee is flavorful and robust, the baked goods are yummy, but not necessarily the big draw for me. I would definitely come back to meet up with a friend or grab a latte and read a book.

The passion for their art is evident as you enter the door. The pastries dazzle before your eyes causing confusion. How can you pick just one? I did not! I took some home as well. Great treats. Great coffee. Great atmosphere. What else do you need? Maybe more 1 more pastry....

We hired Sugar Bloom Cakery to create our dream wedding cake, and they delivered beyond our expectations. Their flavors are rich and deep without being overpowering. The sponge was perfect, and the design was gorgeous. We even ordered vegan cupcakes for our guests, and nothing was left behind. They took our inspiration pictures and created exactly what we wanted. They are always professional, and we had no issues whatsoever. We are regular customers of their products but working with them for our wedding really made them our favorite. We highly recommend them for your baking needs.

These desserts are to die for!!! So FRESH like they’re made to order! If you’re looking for a treat like no other their selection is endless. Smores cookie is a must so chewy and soft the best balance of sweet and salty. Go, run to this shop!!

Nice little bakery in Redlands with nice cozy atmosphere and treats to die for. Came in for some. Cookies but was tempted by the large selection, ended up leaving with cookies pastries and a huge brownie. Everything was absolutely delicious, but the standout is the amazing brownie, it is just perfect in every sense, it's fudgey gooey with the right bite and texture, definitely a must get. We have already returned numerous times and that says a lot since I am 25 miles away.
